Plans change — that's fine. Because we're a one-person premium service, every booking reserves time set aside just for you, so a little notice goes a long way.

Free to reschedule or cancel
Give us at least 24 hours' notice and there's no charge at all — we'll happily find you a new time.
50% of the booking
Cancelling or rescheduling inside 24 hours incurs a fee of 50% of the booking value, because the slot can rarely be re-filled at short notice.
Charged in full
If we arrive and can't get in (no access, locked out, or no one home as arranged), the visit is charged at 100%.
Pre-booked monthly plans
Monthly plans (4 hours spread across the month) are paid in advance. If you need to cancel a visit within your plan:
- Cancel with 24+ hours' notice — those hours are held as credit and rescheduled within the month, or refunded on request.
- Cancel inside 24 hours — the 50% fee is deducted from your prepaid balance and the remainder stays as credit.
Recurring cleans
Need to skip a regular visit? No problem — just let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we'll pick up at your next scheduled clean. Repeated short-notice cancellations may mean we can no longer hold your preferred recurring time or rate.
If we ever need to reschedule
If illness or an emergency means we have to move your booking, we'll let you know as soon as possible and rebook you at the earliest time that suits — at no charge.
