Kitchens and living areas get the real attention — surfaces cleared and wiped, appliance fronts and cooktop cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped, and the everyday touch-points that quietly build up: switches, handles, skirtings and sills. The room is left tidy, fresh and reset, not just surface-wiped.
Bathrooms are cleaned and sanitised top to bottom — toilet, shower, basin, tiles and mirrors brought back to a shine, floors washed. Bedrooms are dusted, glass wiped, floors done and beds freshened on request. These are the rooms where a proper clean is felt the most.
We work top-to-bottom so nothing's missed, use eco-grade products that are safe around family and pets, and treat your home the way we'd treat our own. You'll come back to a home that feels genuinely looked after — the difference between tidy and truly clean.
A regular visit keeps an already-cared-for home in great shape. If a home hasn't had a clean in a while, or is on the larger side, it simply needs more time — so we'll talk it through and tailor the visit rather than rush it. You always know what's happening before we start.
Want more than a standard clean? The bigger jobs — inside the oven or fridge, interior windows, carpets, laundry — are add-ons, priced by how they're looking so you only pay for what your home actually needs. Add them to any clean, or book a one-off deep clean. On a plan you can add extra hours at $70/hr whenever you'd like a more thorough visit.

Yes — I arrive fully equipped with premium, eco-grade, family- and pet-safe products. If you'd rather I use your own equipment and products, that's completely fine and it takes $10 off every clean. You choose when you book.
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. When you book through your client login you'll see exactly which times are free and can pick the slot that suits — fortnightly and monthly cleans confirm instantly; one-hour weekly cleans are confirmed personally by Soph. Recurring cleans keep the same day and time.
Always. As a single-operator premium service, the person who quotes your home is the person who cleans it — every visit. That consistency is the whole point.
Life happens — just give 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel at no charge. Inside 24 hours a fee of 50% of the booking applies, and a no-show or no-access visit is charged in full. Full details on the cancellation policy page.
For end-of-lease cleans I follow the standard real-estate exit checklist. If your agent flags any cleaning issue within 72 hours, I'll return and re-clean that area free of charge.
Payment is due on completion of the clean — securely by card via a payment link, or by bank transfer. No deposit is required. Pre-booked monthly plans are prepaid. A tax invoice is provided for every job.
Yes — we welcome self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants for household-task cleaning (support item 01_020_0120_1_1, “House Cleaning and Other Household Activities”). You'll receive a compliant invoice showing the item number, date, hours and hourly rate so you or your plan manager can claim. Self-managed participants can be charged our normal rate; plan-managed cleans are billed within the current NDIS price limit. Please note Bayside is not a registered NDIS provider, so agency-managed (NDIA-managed) plans can't be supported. Just mention NDIS when you enquire and we'll set it up.
A weekly clean is 1 hour at $90 or 2 hours at $150. Fortnightly is also 2 hours at $150 — our most popular and best value at just $75/hr. The pre-booked monthly plan is 4 hours across the month for $280, paid in advance. Deep and end-of-lease/bond cleans are priced by home size — from $500 for a 1-bedroom up to $1,750 for a 4-bedroom, with carpet steam cleaning and pest treatment quoted separately. Extra time on regular cleans is $70/hr, arranged ahead, and add-ons like the oven or windows are quoted by condition.
