- Your address, suburb and details about the property to be cleaned
- Booking details, service preferences and access instructions
- Payment information needed to process your booking (handled securely — see below)
- Records of our communications with you (messages, quotes, invoices)
We collect this directly from you — through our website quote form, by phone, by email, or in person.
2. How we use it
We use your information to:
- Prepare quotes and schedule, deliver and invoice your cleaning
- Communicate with you about bookings, reminders and follow-ups
- Improve our service and respond to feedback
- Meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations
We will only use your details to send you offers or updates if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
3. Payments
Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe handles your payment data under its own security standards and privacy policy.
4. When we share information
We never sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary to run the business, for example with:
- Trusted service providers who help us operate (such as our payment, scheduling and email tools)
- Our accountant or insurer where reasonably required
- Authorities where we are required to by law
5. Storage & security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations (for example, tax records are generally kept for five years), then securely dispose of it.
6. Access, correction & complaints
